The physiological actions of herbs are taught with the preparation of tinctures, syrups, elixirs, teas, salves, and oils introduced in our new classroom processing center. The use and production of essential oils is covered– with a unique opportunity to participate in the distillation of essential oils/hydrosols using our eighty-five gallon commercial still!
